Dr. Michael E. Behen, a licensed psychologist, is the Director of The Imagine Center for Psychological Health. He founded The Imagine Center in 2008, to create a facility that provides high quality care to children, adults, and families in Southeastern Michigan – with a major emphasis on providing services to those with the least resources and ability to obtain such services. Over the past decade, The Imagine Center has grown to provide testing and therapy services to a large number of families across the area.
Dr. Koyonne Mims joined The Imagine Center for Psychological Health in 2015. Dr. Mims oversees all operations at the center, and supervises both clinical and administrative staff in all of their activities at the center, and is intricately involved in all business and clinical operations at the Center. Dr. Mims has also been involved in the care – clinical management or clinical supervision of thousands of adolescents and adults at the center, and also in the training clinicians who work at the center.

We are located on the 2nd floor in the rear of the building, above the restaurant Midtown Zef’s at the corner of Woodward and Willis. There is street parking available on Willis and other nearby streets, as well as limited parking in the small private lot behind the restaurant. Enter through the back of the building and take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Please do not enter the building through the Midtown Zef’ s entrance.

We are located in an office building called Parkside Plaza. This building is located on Van Dyke Ave, just north of the roundabout at 18 1/2 Mile Rd. There is ample parking available in the parking lot. If your appointment falls within the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, you have the option to enter through the back door; otherwise, enter through the front of the building; we are located on the 1st floor. Our office is located in suite #190, around the elevator area.

The office is located near Eight Mile and 275, between Newburgh and Victory Parkway. It is located by a Post Office (Near Newburgh) and Trinity Health (near Victor Parkway). The office is located in Pembroke Office Complex. Parking is available directly in front of the building.
